Ok, just to continue with the kids in the garden theme to start. I received these potatoes seedlings from my awesome neighbor Tom. I'll be posting pics of his garden soon. This is the first time I've ever tried growing potatoes. I started by digging a trench and planting seedlings, then covered with about 2inches of dirt. I just keep hilling them from time to time. They grow pretty fast, but no harvesting till the fall. :(
